WELCOME TO MY CREATIVE SPACE

I’m spending the next year experimenting with creating artwork in this beautiful studio and am opening it up for bookings to people I know and trust.

My space is a gorgeous 500+ sq. foot traditional photo studio with north-facing light – the best for even, consistent natural light. The studio has a full private bathroom and a large mirror for a make-up area.

I’m grateful you are interested in booking this space for your creative needs. Please respect the space by observing the Terms & Conditions and the Studio Agreement upon booking.

MORE INFORMATION

• The studio is located in Leaside near Eglington and Laird.

• The studio is on the second floor, with unfortunately no accessibility access.

• There is available parking outside of the building on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Studio bookings are for up to 10 people. If you plan to be more than 10 people, use the add-ons to indicate how many people you will be. There is a 20-person capacity.

• The studio is north-facing so there is consistent even light throughout the day. If it is overcast, plan to bring lights just in case.

• The seamless in the studio is not complimentary. Use of this seamless paper can be added upon booking.

• You will receive a security code for the space 24 hours before your booked time.

• Please leave space exactly as you found it. You will be charged an additional cleaning/reorganizing fee if space is left in poor condition.

• No refunds, only studio credit for cancelled or rescheduled bookings.
